Abhishek Rao

Abhishek Rao is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at AssureCare LLC since October 2022, Abhishek previously held positions as a Data Scientist at Bon Secours Mercy Health and as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Mercy Health. Significant contributions include developing strategic dashboards for performance measurement, conducting statistical analyses to understand patient retention and lifetime value, and designing models to address billing anomalies. In earlier roles at Deloitte Consulting, Abhishek implemented a successful clinical decision support system, integrating data from multiple health plans to reduce healthcare costs. Abhishek holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.
