Carlton Rodrigo

Carlton Rodrigo, MHSA, MBA has a diverse work experience. Carlton began their career in 2007 as a Volunteer/Lab Assistant at Firestone Natural Rubber Company, LLC, where they performed laboratory tests and received training on counseling patients. In 2008, they worked as a Hospital Intern in the same company, where they developed nursing protocols and assisted in determining scholarship recipients.

In 2012, Rodrigo joined Mercy Health as an Administrative Resident. Carlton played a key role in developing a new quality incentive model for physicians and transforming practices into certified Patient-Centered Medical Homes. Carlton also served as a Program Manager for Population Health Services Organization - Risk Score Accuracy, managing projects focused on improving clinical information and decision-making.

Rodrigo continued their career at Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners) as a Clinical Data Analyst and Project Manager. In this role, they presented clinical information to aid in quality improvement and supported quality and HIT-related initiatives.

Since 2016, Rodrigo has been working at AssureCare LLC, initially as a Business Analyst and later progressing to roles such as Project Delivery Manager and Senior Manager - Implementation. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Project Management, overseeing project implementation and delivery.

Carlton Rodrigo earned their Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a Concentration in Biology and Business from Xavier University. Carlton then went on to complete their MHSA/MBA in Health Services Administration and Business Administration from the same institution.
