Louis Z. Cantelmo

Louis Z. Cantelmo, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Project Management at Vanguard Renewables, where responsibilities include overseeing biogas and methane capture, as well as the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of RNG facilities. Previously, Louis co-founded AXXIUS Facade Software, focusing on the digitization of the facade industry, and held significant roles such as Director of Construction at CARVART and Project Manager at Structure Tone while attending graduate school. With a long tenure at Ornamental Installation Specialists as Principal and Vice President of Construction, Louis led a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects, fostering strong relationships across various stakeholders and executing strategic initiatives. Louis holds an MBA from Boston College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University, alongside completion of engineering studies at Virginia Tech and trade education at Local 580 Ironworker Trade School.
