Fritzner Bien-Aime is a highly skilled Salesforce Developer and Administrator with extensive experience in managing users, deploying systems, and developing custom solutions using Apex code and LWC components. Currently employed at Assured Allies since June 2022, Fritzner has previously served as a Systems Administrator at SmartBear, where responsibilities included supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, creating documentation for users, and managing various applications. Additionally, experience as a Salesforce Administrator spans multiple organizations including JumpCrew and Massachusetts Military Support Foundation Inc., focusing on process improvement and system implementation. Fritzner holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Massachusetts Bay Community College and has enhanced Salesforce expertise through various certifications and training programs, including the Salesforce Developer Kickstart Program at Cloud Code Academy. Prior military service includes roles in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, further showcasing a strong commitment to teamwork and leadership.
