Talena Gandy is an accomplished operations and event management professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Fulfillment Lead at Assured Allies, Talena previously held roles such as Manager of Support at DigitalPour, where over 800 support tickets were resolved. Additionally, Talena was the Business Operations Manager at PeopleNova Human Capital, establishing a new business entity and coaching on multiple aspects of operations. Previous experience includes managing more than 30 events as an Event Manager and handling operations at Best Practical Solutions, LLC. Talena began a career in legal assistance at the U.S. Attorney's Office and has significant experience with the American Red Cross in emergency services, disaster response, and community education. Talena holds a degree from Portland State University - School of Business.
