Valeria Parrinello is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as Team Lead Fulfillment Operations at Blacklane since April 2017, where effective management of a global team ensures reliability and cost control. Throughout their tenure at Blacklane, Valeria has held various roles, including Team Lead Operations Control and Service Control Senior, demonstrating a commitment to team development, customer service, and operational excellence. Prior to Blacklane, Valeria worked at Almaviva Contact S.P.A, providing high-level consultancy services for premium clients of American Express and handling customer care for Alitalia. Valeria holds a Master’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Università degli Studi di Palermo and a High School Diploma in Classic Grammar and Literature from Liceo classico Vittorio Emanuele II Palermo.
