Stephen Phillips

Stephen Phillips is the current advisor at Assured Enterprises. Stephen was previously the CEO of Homeserve Plc from January 2018 to March 2021. Stephen was also a board member of Habitissimo from January 2017 to March 2021. From January 2005 to March 2021, they were the CEO of HomeServe España. From July 2001 to January 2005, they were the group show director of Diversified Business Communications.

Stephen Phillips has a certificate in Director Boot Camp from The Board Director Training Institute of Japan, an Executive Education from Harvard Business School in Disruptive Innovation, and a PADIB from ISDI in Digital Transformation. Stephen is also a licensed insurance broker in Seguros from CECAS, Centro de Estudios del Consejo General de los Colegios de Mediadores de Seguros, and has a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in International Business, as well as an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Marketing. Stephen's undergraduate degree is in World Politics & Philosophy from The Catholic University of America. Stephen also has certification from CECAS - DGS in Licensed European Insurance Broker.
