Dawn Jasiak

Dawn Jasiak has extensive work experience in the legal field. Dawn is currently serving as the Head of Human Capital Management at Assured Guaranty since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the General Counsel at Assured Investment Management from November 2019 to July 2021. Dawn also held the position of Deputy General Counsel, Corporate at Assured Guaranty from March 2008 to November 2019. Dawn began their career as a Senior Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in October 1994 and worked there until January 2008.

Dawn Jasiak obtained a B.S. degree in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business in 1991. Later, they pursued a J.D. degree in Law from New York University School of Law, completing their studies in 1994.
