Gil Student

Gil Student has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gil most recently worked at Assured Guaranty as the Vice President of Corporate Planning since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at AIG for eight years as the Director of Commercial Pricing.

Before joining AIG, Gil worked at the Orthodox Union as the Managing Editor of OU Press from 2009 to 2011. Gil also had significant experience in the insurance industry, holding various roles at Syncora Guarantee Inc., Radian Asset Assurance, Citibank Credit Cards, Zurich Reinsurance (North America), and Insurance Services Office. These roles included VP of Capital Management and FP&A, AVP of Operations and Analysis, Manager of Risk Management, Actuarial Analyst, and Actuarial Assistant.

Gil Student attended Yeshiva University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math.
