Kathy Middleton

Kathy Middleton, SPHR, currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director at AssuredPartners since May 2018. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of Senior Vice President of Pillar Relations at Busey from September 2012 to April 2018. Kathy's experience in human resources includes serving as Human Resource Manager at BankFinancial from 2010 to September 2012, as well as at Heritage Bank from 2004 to 2008. Earlier in the career path, Kathy worked as Human Resource Officer at South Holland Bank from 1999 to 2003.
