Lisa Petruzzi

Lisa Petruzzi, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at Discovery Senior Living since July 2018, Lisa has a strong background in implementing HR business plans that align with overall strategies and managing key HR processes. Previously, Lisa held positions as HR Business Partner at Aureon HR and Human Resource Manager at Codilis & Associates, P.C., where responsibilities included talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. Additionally, Lisa served as the Director of Human Resources at Forest Health System and Beacon Hill Retirement Community, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, and has experience as a Human Resource Generalist at HCA Riveredge Hospital. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts & Sciences from DePaul University.
