Kimberly Cooper Ramalho

Kimberly Cooper Ramalho currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Communications at AssuredPartners, where leadership includes developing internal and executive communications strategies during a period of transformation. With over twenty years of experience in communications, Kimberly transitioned to consulting as a Communications Advisor and Executive & Career Coach. Previous leadership roles include Vice President of Corporate Communications at Booz Allen Hamilton, where the focus was on growth initiatives and employee engagement during the pandemic, and Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs at Lockheed Martin's Rotary & Mission Systems, overseeing a team responsible for integrated communication strategies. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Rutgers University and a BA in Communications from Stockton University.
