Laurie C. has extensive experience in corporate communications, holding senior roles at Bank of America from March 2018 to February 2022, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications. Responsibilities included leading communication initiatives and developing plans for health and insurance benefit launches. Prior to this, Laurie served as Vice President of Internal Communication at Lee Hecht Harrison, where a global strategic communications plan was created to enhance employee engagement. Additional experience includes consulting at Insightful & Inspired Communication & PR, specializing in internal communication and personal branding, and directing corporate communications for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where strategic plans significantly increased brand awareness and website traffic. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kenyon College and a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University.
