Montgomary (Monti) Castell has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Corporate Director of Benefits & 401(k) at AssuredPartners since May 2017. Prior roles at AssuredPartners included HR Manager for 401(k), Benefits, and Communications, as well as the 401(k) Manager. Before this, Monti contributed at Rayonier as a Benefits Analyst from July 2014 to May 2017 and held positions as Employee Services Administrator and Administrative Assistant from December 2006 to May 2014. Monti holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
