Nick Tuliebitz

Nick Tuliebitz is a seasoned professional in the field of M&A insurance, currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of M&A Insurance for North America at AssuredPartners since August 2020. Prior to this role, Nick held multiple positions at Lockton Companies, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, and gained valuable experience as an Associate specializing in M&A and Private Equity at Goodwin Procter LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Nick's corporate law background was further solidified through an earlier role at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Academically, Nick earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from The College of New Jersey.
