Tyler Colton

Tyler Colton, MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Tyler currently works at AssuredPartners as an HR Change Lead, after previously serving as a Human Resources Project Manager and Corporate HR Assistant in the same company. Prior to AssuredPartners, Tyler worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at TP Aerospace. Tyler also gained experience at AireHealth, where they served as a Customer Advocate and an HR and Marketing Analyst. Earlier in their career, Tyler worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Children's Home Society of Florida, a Digital Marketer at RedCon1, a Marketing Coordinator at Nature of Marble, a Front of House- Team Leader at Shane's Rib Shack, LLC, and a Social Media Marketing Intern at Living Fresh.

Tyler Colton obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Florida in 2019. Prior to that, they attended the Florida Atlantic University - College of Business from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on Marketing/Marketing Management. Additionally, Tyler Colton holds certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
