Enrique Ortuño is an accomplished Software Architect with extensive experience in leading transformative software initiatives at NICE CXone since February 2014. Enrique has demonstrated expertise in modernizing software architecture, implementing clean architecture principles, and enhancing user experiences through SPA applications with Angular and ReactJS. In previous roles, including Principal Software Engineer and Tech Lead, Enrique successfully built team confidence, boosted feature requests, and transformed troubled products into stable solutions. Additionally, Enrique has contributed as a Technical Coach at Talently, mentoring over 50 developers, and has a solid educational background with multiple Microsoft certifications and degrees in Computer Science.
