Merav Tuaf Kruk currently serves as the Head of Digital and R&D at Assuta Medical Centers since March 2024, following a role as VP R&D at FINTEKA where Merav managed a team of 20 and developed four complex Fintech products in 18 months. Previously, from September 2021 to August 2023, Merav was the CTO of Campus IL, overseeing a global team of 50 and establishing data infrastructure for data-driven decision making. Merav's earlier experience includes leading the digital department at Assuta Medical Centers from 2017 to 2021, managing projects at Union Bank from 2011 to 2016, and serving as a full stack developer and project manager at Magenli. Merav holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BSc in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems from Ruppin Academic Center.
