Shipra Jassy

Shipra Jassy is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for New Business at Assystem in India since April 2025. Prior to this role, Shipra Jassy held various positions at Greenko Group, including Deputy General Manager HR and Assistant General Manager HR, from October 2018 to April 2025. Shipra Jassy also worked as Assistant General Manager at Orange Renewable from May 2014 to October 2018 and began the career as Assistant Manager HR at Indiabulls Power from July 2007 to April 2014. Shipra Jassy holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from Delhi University.
