Jessica Rogers

Jessica Rogers, RPR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for North America Operations at Applications Software Technology LLC (AST) since October 2022. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, Jessica previously held the position of Practice Manager for Talent & HR Operations at Sierra-Cedar from July 2011 to September 2022, and prior to that, worked as Talent Acquisition Manager focused on Justice & Public Safety for Sierra Systems, an NTT DATA Company. Jessica's educational background includes studies at the University of the Fraser Valley and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
