Marine Bavuz

Marine Bavuz possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Responsabile RH Opérationnel at AST Groupe since October 2017, overseeing 210 employees and handling tasks such as personnel administration, annual performance review analysis, training management, and project implementation. Prior to this, Marine worked as Chargée des Ressources Humaines at AST Groupe and held roles in recruitment and administration at Manpower France, BAVUZ TP, and Adecco, building a solid foundation in recruitment processes and administrative support. Marine holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from MBway and a professional bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Université Savoie Mont Blanc, further complemented by a BTS in SME/SMI Management.
