Charity Steinmann has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over a decade. Charity is currently working as the Human Resources Director at AST & Science since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Halliburton from 2014 to 2021, where they held various roles. As an HR Operations Supervisor, Charity supervised a team and handled HR duties for over 1000 employees across multiple facilities. Charity also served as the sole HR Manager for Bentonite mine operations, overseeing approximately 250 employees. Later, as a Senior HR Operations Partner, they managed HR responsibilities for 800+ employees, provided guidance to senior managers, and implemented HR strategies. Before joining Halliburton, Charity worked as a Senior Human Resource Manager in the United States Air Force. In this role, they managed a team and oversaw all aspects of the deployment process, including member selection, benefits, and travel. Charity also led the record management program and addressed employee relation issues. Prior to this, Charity served as a Human Resource Manager, handling various HR functions such as training, compliance, recruitment, and record-keeping.
Charity Steinmann completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the State University of New York, College from 2005 to 2007. Charity then pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Human Resource Management at the Community College of the Air Force from 2008 to 2011. Charity furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Austin Peay State University from 2012 to 2013.
