Yael Morad

Yael Morad is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and management consulting. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Eleos Health since 2024, Yael previously held positions as a Global Organizational Development Partner at Outbrain and an OD Consultant for Global Startups at PwC. Additional experience includes roles as HRBP & OD Manager at Locusview, L&D Project Manager at Amal Group, and Economist at Harel Insurance & Finance. Yael has also worked at the Israeli Ministry of Justice in roles focused on recruitment and organizational development. With an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Yael brings a diverse skill set and extensive expertise to the field.
