Ramsey Minter

Ramsey Minter, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting at AST SpaceMobile since April 2023. Previously, Ramsey held the position of Manager, Reporting & Technical Accounting at Azamara from October 2021 to April 2023 and worked as a Senior Accountant in Corporate Accounting & Reporting at Crystal Cruises from September 2019 to October 2021. Early in the career, Ramsey gained experience at EY as an Assurance Senior and Assurance Staff from September 2016 to September 2019, and contributed as a Graduate Assistant at the LSU Center for Internal Auditing between January 2014 and December 2015. Additional internships included an ey internship in summer 2014 and an internship with The McEnery Company from June 2012 to August 2013. Ramsey earned a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a focus on Internal Audit, from Louisiana State University in 2015 and 2014, respectively.
