Laura Vogel

Laura Vogel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in political affairs and member advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Political Affairs at NRECA since April 2014, Laura leads the successful Co-ops Vote program, focusing on voter engagement among electric cooperative members through team building and communication strategies. Previously, Laura was Manager of Federal Member Advocacy at the National Association of REALTORS, overseeing member involvement in advocacy efforts and liaising with committee members. Earlier roles include Senior Program Manager at the American Bankers Association, where Laura managed a grassroots network of banking executives, and Consumer Loan Specialist at Harris Trust and Savings Bank. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Certificate in Grassroots Management from the Public Affairs Council, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Miami University.
