Janice Mae Leynes

Janice Mae Leynes is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously as HR & Recruitment Coordinator at ASTAD Project Management since April 2018. In this role, Janice attends to employee queries and manages recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication with employment agencies. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Officer for Staff Source International, overseeing the onboarding process for Qatar Airways Group in the Philippines, and as Secretary in the HR and Recruitment Department, where responsibilities included preparing various HR-related documents. Additionally, Janice worked as a Corporate Secretary at Badilla Corporation, assisting in overall operations and marketing. Janice is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management Development at Lyceum of the Philippines University - Batangas, building on a previously earned Diploma in Associate in Information Technology from Southern Mindanao Institute of Technology.
