Richa Bhatnagar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at AstaGuru Auction House since September 2023, Richa has previously held similar executive roles at House of Anita Dongre Limited and Bestseller India. Prior to these positions, Richa contributed significantly to organizations such as Terumo India Private Limited and MENARINI Group, where responsibility included management of human resource functions and staffing for senior management. Richa's HR journey began at Deutsche Bank and Firstsource, emphasizing recruitment, performance appraisals, and employee engagement. Richa holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Mumbai, an MBA in Human Resources from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor of Laws from Indraprastha Law College.
