Andrew Fong

Andrew Fong is a Research Engineer at the Institute of Microelectronics, specializing in process integration of III-V and Silicon for Photonic Heterogeneous Integration (PHI) since January 2022. Previously, Andrew served as an Associate Engineer at Kulicke & Soffa, where responsibilities included calibration and testing of wire-bonding devices. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from both the Singapore Institute of Technology and Technical University of Munich, a Diploma in Nanotechnology and Materials Science from Nanyang Polytechnic, and foundational education from Broadrick Secondary School.
