Angela Guo has extensive work experience in the field of microelectronics. ANGELA began their career in 2002 as a Senior Engineer at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, where they worked until 2006. Following this, they joined Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing (ICIS Alliance) as a Senior Engineer for a year. In 2007, they joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Principle Engineer until 2010. ANGELA then transitioned to The Dow Chemical Company as a Lead Technical Sales Representative from 2010 to 2013. Angela Guo's most recent work experience has been with the Institute of Microelectronics, where they started as a Senior Research Engineer in 2013. ANGELA moved up to the role of R&D Manager in 2018 and presently serves as the Industry Development Manager.

Angela Guo has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore. ANGELA also holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Physics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Additionally, Angela has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
