Gema Cos

Gema Cos is an experienced professional in project and delivery management, currently serving as the SAP and Salesforce Service Manager at Astara since January 2020. Prior to this role, Gema worked as a Delivery Manager at T-Systems Iberia, overseeing project lifecycles for SAP and non-SAP applications. Earlier experience includes a role as a Delivery Manager at Avanade, where project implementations were led across teams in multiple countries. Gema also held a managerial position at Atos, focusing on operations management and SAP business development, and was responsible for the SAP business unit's P&L. Gema began a career at Schlumberger as the Head of SAP HCM Business Unit, managing budgets and project delivery. Gema holds an Executive MBA from Esade and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
