Sergio Dias Pereira

Sergio Dias Pereira currently serves as the Head of Nissan Aftersales at Astara in Central Europe since July 2022. Previously, Sergio held the position of Verkaufsleiter Aussendienst PCDO at Emil Frey Gruppe Schweiz from March 2020 to July 2022, overseeing brands such as Peugeot, Citroën, DS, and Opel. Prior experience includes roles at Opel as Aftersales District Manager and Field Manager for customer care from December 2016 to March 2020, and a tenure at Emil Frey AG from January 2011 to December 2016 as Chef d'atelier, diagnosing vehicles and training apprentices for brands including Jaguar, Land Rover, and others. Sergio holds a federal diploma in automotive diagnostics from Upsa, earned between 2009 and 2012.
