Hetal Grover

Hetal Grover has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2007 with Zensar Technologies as a Senior Principal. Hetal then worked at Frontera Consulting as a Business Analyst/Solution Architect, where they were certified as a Zuora SAAS Billing software Solution Lead Architect and provided integrated solutions between Zuora, Salesforce.com, and ERP Systems. Hetal also gathered and delivered technical solutions, conducted training sessions, and managed support questions and issues.

From 2013 to 2015, Hetal worked as a Contractor/Business Analyst/Zuora Solution Architect at LivePerson and Intralinks. Hetal then joined Cloudware Connections Inc. as a Zuora Solution Architect, before transitioning to PRG Consulting as a Business Analyst/Zuora Solution Architect.

In 2016, Hetal worked at Frontera Consulting again, this time as an Oracle Fusion Consultant. Hetal then joined PTC Therapeutics, Inc. as a Manager of Oracle System Administration, where they managed system administration before leaving in 2021.

In 2021, Hetal started working as a Solutions Architect at Tata Consultancy Services, and in 2022, they joined ASTEC as a Business Analyst Oracle Cloud Financials.

Hetal Grover obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Science/Ecology from St. John's University. In addition to their education, they also possess certifications as a Zuora Billing Analyst and a Certified Zuora Solution Architect, which they obtained from Zuora in November 2021 and July 2011 respectively.
