Kayla Collins

Kayla Collins has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Kayla started their career at Panera Bread in 2016 as a Team Trainer, where they provided training to new employees, ensured excellent customer service, and resolved customer complaints. In 2019, Kayla interned at National Seating & Mobility as a Human Resources Intern, where they gained experience in screening potential candidates, coordinating new hire orientations, conducting phone interviews, and auditing employee files. Currently, they work as a Human Resources Analyst at ASTEC, where they utilize their skills and knowledge to support HR initiatives.

Kayla Collins earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2017 to 2021.
