Mohamed El Shenawy

Mohamed El Shenawy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mohamed began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Crédit Agricole from October 2005 to July 2006. Mohamed then worked at Lionbridge as a Social Media Internet Assessor from February 2007 to February 2010.

In 2006, Mohamed joined Oracle as a PeopleSoft Senior Software Analyst, where they provided application support for PeopleSoft HRMS modules and technical support for upgrades until October 2011. Mohamed then moved to Accenture Technology Solutions as a PeopleSoft Administrator Consultant/Systems Analyst, where they worked on projects for the State of Ohio and the Texas Department of Transportation from November 2011 to January 2015.

From January 2015 to March 2020, Mohamed worked as a Senior Technical Software Engineer at Oracle, primarily providing application support for Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Cloud. Mohamed also performed personalization on the application interface and investigated complex techno-functional problems for top customers.

In March 2020, Mohamed joined eVerge Group as a Senior Solutions Architect for Oracle HCM Cloud. Mohamed'sresponsibilities included supporting the HCM Talent Management, Security, and Recruiting modules until June 2022.

Currently, Mohamed is working at ASTEC as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, specializing in implementing the HCM application and serving as the primary subject matter expert for HCM Oracle Security, Page Composer, and HCM design studio. Mohamed also defines custom roles for HCM users according to business requirements.

Mohamed El Shenawy obtained a High School Diploma from Lycee La liberte Heliopolis between the years 1987 and 2000. Mohamed then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science at Modern Academy for Science and Technology from 2001 to 2005. After that, they attended the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2007 to 2015, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General.

In addition to their formal education, Mohamed El Shenawy has also obtained certifications from Oracle. In July 2021, they became an Oracle Talent Management Cloud 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist. Mohamed also obtained the Oracle Recruiting Cloud 2020 Certified Implementation Specialist certification in March 2021.
