Rahul Salaria

Rahul Salaria has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Rahul worked as an Assistant Manager in Manufacturing Quality Assurance at Mahindra Group from January 2011 to December 2014. In 2015, they served as an Assistant Manager in Business Excellence at Hero MotoCorp. From 2016 to 2016, Rahul worked as a Student Consultant at Ingu Solutions, where they collaborated with management to create business development strategies and provided industry research and recommendations. Rahul then joined CGL Manufacturing Inc. in 2017 as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer. From 2018 to 2023, Rahul worked at Guelph Manufacturing Group Inc., where they held the role of Operations & Continuous Improvement. Their latest role, starting from February 2023, is as an Operational Excellence Manager at ASTEC.

Rahul Salaria has a diverse education history with degrees in multiple fields of study. Rahul completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management from Wilfrid Laurier University in the year 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 2006 and 2010. Rahul also completed their 12th grade education in Science from Dalhousie Public School from the year 1995 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Rahul has obtained certifications in various fields. Rahul is a certified Green Belt by the Mahindra Group, which they obtained in August 2012. Rahul also holds a certification in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) from the same institution, which they obtained in June 2012.
