Safarnaz Panakkat

Safarnaz Panakkat has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Safarnaz started their career at Al Hashemi as a Project Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Safarnaz then joined CAMID Constructions Private Limited as a Manager from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they worked at Deloitte as an Associate from 2011 to 2012, where they valued real estate assets, performed feasibility studies, and value engineered mixed-use developments. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Senior Valuer at Hamptons International Dubai. Safarnaz then joined Asteco Property Management in 2014 as a Senior Valuer and progressed to become the Manager of Commercial Valuation from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director - Commercial Valuation at Asteco Property Management.

Safarnaz Panakkat pursued a BTech degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, starting in 2000 and completing it in 2004. In 2009, Safarnaz enrolled at the University of Reading for a one-year MSc program in Real Estate Finance and Investment, which ended in 2010. Later in the same year, Safarnaz attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a summer school program focusing on Alternative Investments.
