Santhi Ramesh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial strategy and marketing across leading companies. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Pampered Chef since June 2025, Santhi drives sustainable profitable growth and enhances consumer engagement through a comprehensive commercial strategy. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer for Ferrero's ice cream division, Santhi led the business transformation following the acquisition of Wells Enterprises, managing a $19B commercial P&L. Santhi also held the role of Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Wells Enterprises, overseeing a $2B ice cream portfolio. With a strong foundation in marketing at The Hershey Company, Santhi advanced to Chief Marketing Officer and played critical roles in international strategy and brand development. Santhi's earlier career includes significant positions at Colgate-Palmolive, focusing on innovation and brand marketing.
