Deborah D Amico

Deborah D Amico is currently a Key-Account-Manager at Asteelflash since November 2014, responsible for customer engagement, contract management, and business growth for both existing and new clients. Deborah leads the Customer Focus Team to enhance customer satisfaction and manages financial aspects of projects, including profitability and inventory control. Prior to this role, Deborah served as the P.A. of the Riu Class Manager and German Call Center Manager at RIU Hotels & Resorts from September 2012 to October 2014, where responsibilities included customer database management, multilingual communication, and departmental leadership during maternity leave. Deborah holds a Master of Arts in International Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Travel Management from the University of Applied Sciences, Worms, Germany.
