Jennifer McCann

Jennifer McCann serves as the Vice President of Capabilities, Learning & Development at Astellas Pharma since April 2022. Previously, Jennifer held multiple leadership roles at Orphazyme A/S, including Vice President and Head of US Operations, as well as Senior Director of Launch Execution and Strategic Initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Shire, where Jennifer led a team focused on Patient Services and Commercial Management for the UK and Ireland. At Baxalta, Jennifer directed Business Operations and Strategy for the Hematology Commercial Area EMEA Team and oversaw project management during the spin-off from Baxter. Jennifer's career began at Baxter International Inc., where leadership roles included Senior Project Manager and Senior Manager, focusing on product launches and R&D operations. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Tulane University.
