Maribeth Case

Maribeth Case currently serves as the Director/Assistant General Counsel for Legal Regulatory at Astellas Pharma, focusing on Prostate Cancer and Companion Diagnostic business units since April 2021, providing strategic legal counsel for global and US teams. Prior to this, Maribeth held the position of Marketing and Intellectual Property Counsel at Nationwide, where legal guidance was delivered on social media and user-generated content campaigns while also managing the trademark portfolio. From 2002 to 2018, Maribeth was with GSK, first as Assistant General Counsel for US Pharmaceuticals, supporting product teams on regulatory issues and digital marketing initiatives, and later as the global trademark lead focusing on brand protection and anti-counterfeiting. Maribeth holds a BA in Sociology and English from Boston University and a JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
