Mark Marchan

Mark Marchan currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Business Product Management for Clinical Data Systems at Astellas Pharma, starting in March 2024. With extensive experience at PPD over 15 years, Mark held various leadership roles including Associate Director of Process and Systems Optimization, where significant achievements included expanding the Systems Innovation and Support team by 450% and automating processes that drastically reduced manual review efforts. Prior roles included Clinical Data Director at Medtronic, where Mark led the Data Management department, and Product Manager at multiple organizations, including Walter Lorenz Surgical and Olympus, achieving notable process improvements and market expansions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science with a focus on biomaterials from the University of Florida.
