Moitreyee Chatterjee-Kishore

Moitree Chatterjee-Kishore, Ph.D., MBA, currently serves as the Head of Immuno Oncology and Cell Therapy Development at Astellas Pharma since June 2023. Previously, Moitree was the Head of Research and Early Development Project Management at Bristol Myers Squibb, leading operational excellence across R&D and strategic initiatives. Moitree has held various leadership roles in prominent pharmaceutical companies, including The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie Inc., Abbott, Wyeth Research, Cleveland Clinic, New York Medical College, and the Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research. With extensive experience in early compound development, project management, and strategic planning in oncology and immunology, Moitree has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and initiatives that advance drug development processes. Moitree holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Ph.D. in Medical Genetics from Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences.
