Motoki Fujita

Motoki Fujita is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and global business services. Currently serving as VP and Head of Corporate Accounting & Global Business Services at Astellas Pharma since October 2020, Motoki manages the Global Business Services division and oversees the design and implementation of its operational framework, encompassing key financial processes. Prior to this role, Motoki held the position of Vice President of the Global Finance Division at Marelli, where responsibilities included corporate FP&A and the implementation of global management reporting systems. At LIXIL, significant contributions were made as Chief of Global Financial Services, including the establishment of a Financial Shared Service Centre in China. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Allied Telesis International BV and managerial positions focused on accounting processes for subsidiaries in the EMEA region. Motoki holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Geneva and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Okayama University.
