Paulina Chemali

Paulina Chemali, formerly known as Becner, is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry currently serving as the Nordic Business Unit Director for Specialty Products at Astellas Pharma since June 2022. Prior to this role, Paulina held the position of Business Unit Director for Hospital Care at MSD from October 2018 to June 2022 and was the Head of Marketing for the Nordics at Grünenthal Group from November 2016 to October 2018. Paulina’s extensive background also includes various roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, spanning from Business Unit Manager for Denmark and Iceland to Global Supply Chain Manager for Production Transfer Projects, held between 2006 and 2016. Earlier in the career, Paulina worked as a Global Marketing Manager for the Frequent Flyer Program at Air France from 2000 to 2005. Paulina holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and an M.Sc. from Ecole Centrale Paris, with additional studies at Technische Universität Darmstadt.
