Petra Verheijen has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Astellas Pharma since January 2000 in various roles including Sr. Director LMS Strategy and Director of LMS Operations and Support. Petra's career began at Abbott Laboratories as a Clinical Research Associate before transitioning to Novartis in the same role for a year. With a strong background in training management and clinical research, Petra has held multiple leadership positions at Astellas, emphasizing the development and implementation of training programs. Education includes a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Juran Global, and certifications in Knowledge Management and Talent Development from the Association of Talent Development.
