Shengyun Chen

Shengyun Chen currently serves as the Chief of Staff group Lead for the Chief People Officer and the HRBP Lead of Greater China at Astellas Pharma, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Shengyun Chen accumulated extensive experience at Pfizer from July 2002 to September 2020, where positions included HR lead of Upjohn Global functions and Greater China Commercial, HR lead of Global Established Pharma Greater China, and various roles focusing on talent and organizational capability across Asia. Earlier experience includes a consultancy position at PwC from 2000 to 2002. Shengyun Chen holds a Master's degree in Governance & Media from Keio University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
