Valerie Gamble

Valerie Gamble currently serves as the Head of Knowledge Management at Astellas Pharma since May 2023. Previously, Valerie Gamble held a significant role at Pfizer from August 2006 to June 2023 as the Global Strategic Initiatives Lead, focusing on strategic planning and organizational effectiveness across mid to large-scale projects. Additional experience includes leadership in education and performance enhancement, contributing to training strategies and change management initiatives. Valerie Gamble has also been involved in academia as an adjunct professor at the University of Rhode Island since May 2001 and has held various educational roles in other institutions. With an extensive educational background, including three degrees from Fielding Graduate University in Organizational Consulting and Educational Leadership, as well as credentials in Adult Education and Biology, Valerie Gamble is recognized for expertise in learning and development within the pharmaceutical and education sectors.
