Mélanie Defaaz has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mélanie most recently worked as the Head of HR Eurasia at AstenJohnson, where they led the Human Resources Strategy at the Eurasia level, supported sites and management on talent management and development topics, and managed and supervised HR projects.
