Veronika Serebrennikova

Veronika Serebrennikova currently serves as the Head of Global People Operations and Head of Operations at Fundraise Up since October 2021, having previously held the role of Operations Manager within the same company. Veronika has extensive experience in operations management, beginning with the position of General Manager at a Restaurant Group from July 2011 to July 2014, where financial performance responsibility was paramount. Additional roles include Director of Operations at Apliteni from January 2020 to October 2021 and at Svoya Logistika from July 2014 to February 2016, where sales operations transformation and CRM system implementation were key achievements.
