Ghim Goh

Ghim Goh currently serves as the General Manager of Oil Business Development and Strategy at Aster since April 2025 and holds the position of Honorary Adjunct Associate Professor at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, teaching the CH4223 Petroleum Refining Course. Previously, Ghim Goh worked at Shell from July 2022 to April 2025 as a Senior Strategy Advisor and as the Business Transformation Lead, focusing on enhancing business competitiveness and managing commissioning and startup processes for new production units aimed at supporting energy transition goals. Early in Ghim Goh's career, service in the Singapore Armed Forces included the role of Lieutenant, overseeing operations and training for a platoon. Ghim Goh is furthering education through dual Executive MBA programs at NUS Business School and UCLA Anderson School of Management, focusing on Production Management, Finance, and Business Administration.
